Refund and Returns Policy

At KanshaBox, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we aim to address them promptly and fairly. This policy outlines our refund and returns processes.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, food items)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom items

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed if:
- The returned item meets all conditions specified above.
- The refund request is made within the allowed time frame.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval and will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refund for Subscription Plans:
Refunds for multi-month subscription plans will only cover unshipped months. For example, if you have a 6-month plan and request a refund after 3 months, you will be refunded for the remaining 3 months, minus any applicable discounts or shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment provider for any pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 14 days, please email us at support@kanshabox.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@kanshabox.com with photos of the damaged product. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping Costs
- For Returns: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For Exchanges: Shipping costs for sending the replacement item will be covered by KanshaBox.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time. However, refunds will only apply to unshipped months. To cancel, contact us at support@kanshabox.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@kanshabox.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
International Returns
For customers outside Japan, please ensure the return package includes your name, order number, and reason for return. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.
